Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once started or delivered:

Hosting, Domain & Server Fees

Hosting, domain, and server costs are billed annually or monthly.
These fees are non-refundable once purchased or renewed because they are paid to third-party providers.

Ad Campaign Budgets

Ad budgets paid by clients (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are controlled by ad platforms.
We cannot refund money already spent by those platforms.

Management/service charges paid to us are also non-refundable.

Project Termination by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:
