Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our work involves digital services such as web development, design, hosting, SEO, and ad management. These services require time, resources, and planning, so we follow a clear and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once started or delivered:
- Website Design & Development
- Custom Coding or System Integration
- Hosting & Server Setup
- SEO Services
- Advertisement Management
- AI & OS Integration
- Maintenance/Support Work
Because these services involve labor, research, and digital resource allocation, no refunds are possible after work begins.
Project Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel:
- Before work begins: A partial refund may be issued (excluding consultation or planning fees).
- After work has started: No refund will be provided for delivered or in-progress work.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or support ticket).
Project Delay or Inactivity
If a client becomes inactive or fails to provide required materials (content, images, credentials, etc.) for 21 days:
- The project will be marked as “On Hold.”
- No refunds will be issued for inactivity or delays caused by the client.
Hosting, Domain & Server Fees
Hosting, domain, and server costs are billed annually or monthly.
These fees are non-refundable once purchased or renewed because they are paid to third-party providers.
Ad Campaign Budgets
Ad budgets paid by clients (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are controlled by ad platforms.
We cannot refund money already spent by those platforms.
Management/service charges paid to us are also non-refundable.
Project Termination by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:
- A client violates our terms
- Abusive or fraudulent activity is detected
- Illegal content is requested
In such cases, partial refund eligibility will be reviewed based on completed work.
Agreement
By purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
