Cancellation & Refund Policy

TANUNIX (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

At TANUNIX (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we provide digital services including website design, website development, eCommerce development, custom software development, web hosting, domain registration, website maintenance, and related IT services.

By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of a project before work has commenced.
  • If the project has not yet been assigned to our development team, a cancellation request may be approved.
  • Once project planning, design, development, consultation, server configuration, or any technical work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

As our services are customized digital services, refunds are limited.

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same service.
  • Payment received but TANUNIX (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is unable to provide the purchased service.
  • Cancellation approved before any work has started.
Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Website Design Services
  • Website Development Services
  • Custom Software Development
  • Mobile Application Development
  • UI/UX Design
  • API Integration
  • SEO Services
  • Digital Marketing Services
  • Website Maintenance
  • Consultation Services
  • Bug Fixing Services
  • Domain Registration or Renewal
  • SSL Certificates
  • Web Hosting Plans
  • VPS, Cloud, or Dedicated Server Services
  • Email Hosting
  • Third-party software licenses
  • Any completed milestone or delivered work

Once work has commenced, the advance payment covers planning, resource allocation, design, development effort, and administrative costs, and therefore becomes non-refundable.

3. Project Milestones

For milestone-based projects:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If a project is terminated by the client after development has started, payment for work completed up to that point remains payable and is non-refundable.

4. Domain & Hosting Services

Domain names, hosting plans, SSL certificates, VPS servers, cloud services, and other third-party services are generally non-refundable after purchase because these services are immediately provisioned with third-party providers.

5. Client Delays

If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, credentials, or communication for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold. Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

6. Service Quality Issues

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any genuine technical issues covered under the agreed scope of work.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by TANUNIX (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing times.

8. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact TANUNIX (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving billing or service-related concerns amicably.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks for completed or ongoing services may result in suspension of services and legal action where applicable.
